Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring the FASHIONPHILE return tag remains intact and attached to the merchandise.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid FedEx shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized FedEx location or schedule a pickup.

Inspection and Refund

Once received, our authenticators will inspect the item's condition. Upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
